Stage Side privacy

Mad Jack operates Stage Side. For questions about this policy or your information, email caleb@madjackmgmt.com.

Information used by Stage Side

Stage Side stores names, email addresses, access requests, workspace memberships, roles, and sign-in sessions. Tour management may add schedules, venue contacts, travel details, room assignments, tour documents, and other logistics needed for the tour.

If you use crew tools, Stage Side stores your requests, poll choices, guest requests, food selections, and dietary notes you choose to provide. Avoid including information that is not needed for the request. Notification registration may store a device token or browser subscription, selected alert categories, and its association with your account. Operational and security records may include account actions, request metadata, and service errors.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide crew access, display relevant tour information, process requests and orders, record poll results, support notifications when enabled, and maintain the security and operation of the service.

Who can access it

Access depends on your workspace membership and role. Tour management can review requests and relevant crew information. Poll totals are shared with crew. Hosting and infrastructure services, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process information to operate Stage Side. Apple processes TestFlight distribution and Apple notification delivery when used.

Links to maps, restaurants, and other external websites open services governed by their own privacy policies. Information you send to those services is handled by them.

On your device

Session cookies keep you signed in, and local storage remembers preferences and poll selections. The iPhone app can save a limited day sheet for offline viewing. Native saved day sheets are protected on the device, excluded from device backup, and expire within 24 hours or at session expiry, whichever comes first. Signing out clears the native saved day sheet. An offline device cannot receive immediate remote access revocation.

Retention and requests

Server records do not all have the same automatic expiry. Retention depends on the type of record and operational needs. Use the account controls in More to request account deletion without sending a separate email. Requests are reviewed by Mad Jack and are not completed immediately. Contact Mad Jack to ask about retained records or request access or correction. Some records may need to remain for security, resolving disputes, or applicable recordkeeping requirements; we will explain relevant limitations when handling your request.

Your choices

You can choose what optional information to submit, manage notification permissions in your device settings, remove saved offline information, and sign out. Contact caleb@madjackmgmt.com for account or data requests.
